I do have PFblockerng installed but even after removing that I still could not access it. I even tried to turn on upnp and have the nas search for the upnp so that pfsense would open the ports but pfsense didnt do anything on that end. Any help is appreciated. Let me know what info you guys need and I will add it here.

pfsense set up to do dhcp and dns with an internal lan of 192.168..3 the pfsense wan is 192.168..2. Went to services and UPNP & NAT PMP and selected the top 3 options
The pfSense router is not the border router. If there is something else between pfSense and the ISP, the port forwards and associated rules must be replicated there. Forwarding ports to a server behind a Captive Portal. An IP bypass must be added both to and from the server’s IP in order for a port forward to work behind a Captive Portal. I've got a pfSense box (a router, basically) where I can turn on UPnP functionality. That way, I won't have to manually open ports for games running on our PCs.
